FiftyFifty, a local non-governmental organization established in 2018, is dedicated to advancing gender equality in political decision-making across both private and public sectors through the following initiatives:
• Identifying, empowering, and supporting women of expertise to reach public and political decision-making positions
• Engaging men in supporting women to achieve gender equality
• Creating & raising public awareness on gender quota & gender parity
• Partnering with the media to highlight achievements of prominent women as equals to their male counterparts
• Lobbying with politicians and different stakeholders to reform gender laws
• Creating a continuous think-tank of experts dedicated to developing continuous strategies to achieve fiftyfifty goals
